We were on holiday in Australia – the land of kangaroos, but also the land of amazing wine and beer. We decided to try two types of beer from a microbrewery, Eagle Bay Brewing Co.
Kolsch – a type of beer that originates from Germany. I definitely preferred this one out of the two, because it was less bitter. It was very refreshing and I liked the slight maltiness.
Pale Ale – beer made with pale malt, hence its name! The flavours (bitterness, maltiness) were very strong and concentrated with this one. Nonetheless, both bottles were very smooth. Highly recommended!
